A Grade II listed Georgian house in Barnes, London - Holst House was historically rented by the composer Gustav Holst. Located overlooking the Thames, this building forms a book end to a very eclectic mix of frontage houses within the Barnes Green Conservation Area.

Nick Baker Architects were appointed in 2024 to deliver a number of internal and external reconfigurations including new bathrooms, external windows and a Kitchen Dining area to suits the needs of the building’s owner.
