Located in the Bayswater Conservation Area and in Westminster City Councils northern area, the five terraced houses are worthy of special interest due to the fact that they are part of the longest Listed terrace in London. Their external facades, whilst generically similar, each have their own individual quirks, such as balcony and railing types.

Restoring Listed buildings is a formidable task that involves understanding and attention to detail. NBA have over the years, built up excellent experience in such restoration works. They have negotiated a route through the complex guidelines for works to Listed buildings, to obtain approval and consent to alter and restore these residential units.

The project will take a number of years as brickwork is repointed with lime mortar, door openings are revised to their original widths and windows are replaced. Door leaves will be repanelled, roof finishes replaced and internal window shutters repaired.

The second of the buildings, 193 Gloucester Place, has been successfully completed on site in April 2014
