Construction of the mixed use development at Delancey Street, Camden has made good progress on the external facade over the Christmas period. The solar thermal panels have been installed and the system will be approaching connection with the internal first fix for M&E.

The external cladding has now covered the stark concrete frame with the internal partitions now also nearing completion internally. The next key stages in construction will revolve around getting the builing water tight and progressing with the installation of the balconies on the external facade.
